Dream River Villa is an independent, private villa located in the sleepy village of Canggu just 30 minutes from Bali’s international airport and a short drive from one of Asia’s finest championship 18-hole golf courses. The nearby Pererenan beach is a renowned surf spot and hosts great seafood bar-b-que restaurants.

An open living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette blend under a high alang – alang roof ceiling. The entire area is open wide to the private pool and lush garden allowing natural sunlight and air circulation to provide a healthy way of living.

Features
Set within 3000 square meters of beautifully landscaped gardens, surrounded by verdant rice terraces and overlooking a gentle river, the villa is an oasis for weary travelers wishing to escape the pressures of modern city lifestyle. Typically, Balinese style architecture and furnishings, the villa evokes a calming ambience that will be long, remembered by all guests. The magnificent tropical garden, shaded by mature trees is the perfect outdoor environment to relax and rejuvenate. The villa is also well suited for retreat groups, weddings and special functions like birthdays or anniversaries.

VILLA’S FACILITIES
Dream River Villa offers a very private holiday experience with the modern luxuries and level of service that is expected of a star-rated resort. The solitude of Dream River Villa Canggu, provides the necessary atmosphere for busy professionals and business executives to rebalance, and appreciate the simple moments that life has to offer.

The Bedrooms
The villa provides a total of four individual bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, and three with private outdoor decks. The fourth room has a mezzanine area with an extra double bed . Each room is air-conditioned, television with satellite channels, video and compact disc stereo system, safety deposit box and hairdryer. Laundry service’s are also available.

The Living Space
The semi open-air living space is a well-lit area to relax, read or just socialize with friends and family. It overlooks the tropical garden and views of flourishing rice paddies. The dinning room is part of this main area .

The Swimming Pool
The pool in the shape of an enormous mango, it also features a bar and under-cover outdoors alfresco dining area. Ample deck space is available for lounging and soaking up Bali’s tropical sunlight. A traditional gazebo is a quiet niche in the garden that offers clear views overlooking the rice paddies and the sound of a gentle river flowing. Marvelous for having massage treatments in , as you hear the sound of the river and the wind through the rice fields.

The Staff
The villa employs 6 staff who are all entirely at your service. An English-speaking Villa Manager is also on duty throughout the day to attend to your needs whether it be making a restaurant reservation, organizing a round of golf or booking an indulging massage/spa treatment. We also offer nanny services for those of you that would like to take a rest whilst on your holiday. We can also arrange a chef to do all your cooking for you and your group

Entertainment – Your room is equipped with a wide ?at-screen television set, cable TV and DVD player. Operating instructions are located in the TV cabinets, along with the cable. Channel Guide with over 60 channels to choose from.

Additional Services & Facilities
For guest convenience the following services and facilities are readily available; Internet connection, extra beds, babycots, laundry service massage and spa treatments, car hire with or without driver, taxi service, airline ticket confirmation, restaurant advice and reservations, booking sport and adventure activities, arranging tours around Bali and visits to neighboring islands. NOTE: All villa rates (including discount rates) are subject to an additional 10% VAT and 11% service charge.

Low season: 2 nights High season: 5 nights Peak season : 7 nights
Terms and Conditions:
Fares is valid for 8 to 10 people. All villa rates (including discount rates ) are subject to an additonal 10% for governmental VAT Are include A.R transfers to the airport, a welcome cocktail, a first meal by time of arrival. Drinks and food of your choice are billed at the best price of the day. + 11% service charge. Every suite for 2 persons . Extra guest will be charged 20 US $ per person per night including breakfast III. Reservation Guarantee All reservations must be confirmed with 50 % deposit within 10 days after booking is confirmed The balance to be settled on arrival. IV. Check in – Check out Check in time is at 2 pm, and check out time is at 12.00 am.Unless no guests arriving on the day. Day room possible for late departures. V. Cancellation & No Show Policy The deposit is non refundable. If cancellation made more than 45 days prior to arrival, we will refund two nights from the deposit. On last minute bookings, according to availability : We can rent the house by room. You will have the whole house for you by renting one room only.
