The approach to Shalimar is by small lane of coconut palms through emerald rice fields. Directly on a beach, with a frontal beach line as wide as 150 meter lies this oasis of three luxurious, spacious villas; in the traditional village of Seseh, on Bali’s south west coast.

Shalimar is characterized by contemporary tropical architecture, open air living, and an abundance of light. A serene Buddha statue at the entrance, waterfalls, a lotus pond and sweet scented franchipani trees welcome you to this place that will be hard to leave.

Each villa has a large private swimming pool and all now-a-days facilities. Shalimar is fully staffed including two excellent cooks and a manager on the site for all your inquiries and maximum of service.

Shalimar, which means “nest of love”, comprises the 6-bedroom villa Kalima, the 4-bedroom villa Makanda, and the 2-bedroom Villa Cantik. You may rent any one of the villas on a individual basis or you may choose a combination or large groups may wish to rent the whole complex with its total of 12 bedrooms, accommodation twenty four guests.

Villa Makanda

• 4 AC bedrooms positioned over two different levels
• All bedrooms have large bathrooms and all bathrooms have shower and bath tubs
• A private swimming pool of 9 x 20 meters with 1,40 depth at the deepest end
• Large open air living and dining area (seats 12)
• Fully equipped open kitchen (meals are prepared at the back house where there is a complete professional kitchen)
• Plasma TV of 32 inch screen, dvd player, I-pod holder, and stereo installation
• Wireless internet connection

Villa Kalima

• 6 AC bedrooms positioned over three different levels
• All bedrooms have large bathrooms. Downstairs the bedrooms have showers and all other bathrooms have shower and bathtub
• A private swimming pool of 9 x 20 meters with 1,40 depth at the deepest end.
• In the pool a wooden table at the shallow part of the pool with sun umbrella
• Three relaxation beds built-in within the pool
• Large open air living and dining area (seats 12)
• Fully equipped open kitchen (meals are prepared at the back house where there is a complete professional kitchen)
• I-pod holders and stereo installation

Shalimar is an ideal venue for weddings, parties and events, with the facilities to cater for up to 150 people. This extensive flat lawns are bordered by towering coconut palms and complemented by a white Palimanan stone stage, ideal for Balinese dance performances. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Indian ocean with dramatic coastline views enhanced by Bali’s legendary sunsets, making SHALIMAR a perfect place to say “I do”

Terms & condition:

Minimum Stay

• Low season: min 3 night
• High season : min 7 nights,
• Peak season : min 10 nights

Inclusive of:

• Personalized pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car for al guests in the same flight.
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
• In villa daily tropical flower arrangements.
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order – in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.

Check in and check out :

• CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
• CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON
• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

For events in Shalimar the following surcharges will apply;

• For any event; the whole complex needs to be rented to ensure and secure your privacy and comfort. For the days before or after you can rent the villas individually.
• For the day of the event there will be a function fee that is equal to one night extra rent of the whole complex.
• Plus extra costing like community / banjar fee ect - Banjar fee = 4,800.000 ( for up to 100 persons ) - Rain Stopper = ON REQUEST around Rp 1.500.000
• Also for events the following deposits are requested: under 20 guests : USD 500 ,20 – 50 guests : USD 1000 & 50 – 100 guests : USD 1500
• 100 guests or more : to be discussed
• This deposit is 100% refundable and will be returned upon departure if no damages occur to the property
