Despite its location within a quiet neighborhood, Villa K is within walking distance to Seminyak beach, a continuous expanse of grey sand stretching in both directions as far as the eye can see. To the south it becomes Legian Beach and then Kuta Beach, but is noticeably quieter than both. The sunsets here are famous, and opportunities abound to mix with the glitterati who frequent the high end beach front establishments such as Ku De Ta, Hu’u Bar, Living Room and La Lucciola.

Luxury hotels such as The Oberoi, The W Retreat and an eclectic collection of shops and designer stores are also nearby on Jl. Petitenget and Jl. Lasmana. The villa is very family friendly and a member of the Canggu Country Club, offering complementary sport and leisure activities like football, tennis, squash, a 25-meter swimming pool and a well-equipped gym.

Bedroom 1
Designed with light and classy materials, big glass doors facing pool and garden. Equipped with a king size bed, mosquito net, iPod station, AC and makeup table. Adjoining features a light bathroom with dressing area including AC, bathtub, safety box and outdoor showers.

Bedroom 2
This room offers a queen-size bed, AC, mosquito net, safety box, bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a pool and garden view through big glass doors.

Bedroom 3
This spacious room has a king-size bed, mosquito net, AC, iPod Station, and safety box. Adjoining you find an en-suite indoor bath with bathtub and outdoor showers. Glass doors allow a pool view.

Bedroom 4
On the first floor, this brand new room built in 2010 allows additional privacy in the house. It has wooden floors and 180 degree glass walls providing a spectacular view. Furnished with a king-size bed, desk, mosquito net, AC and safety box. It has outdoor showers and its own spacious private roof garden terrace with a lawn, garden and daybed.
