Hanoman Suite

Enjoy your meal, and with Nyoman’s delicious homecooking you definitely will! Guests say it’s the best Balinese food they have had. It is freshly prepared every day.

Start your day with a tropical fruit platter for breakfast, try the black rice bread and have the eggs prepared at your choice. Pancakes are a treat for those who like it sweet.

The dinners at Toya are a feast! Taste the delicious chicken saté with the young jackfruit in coconut sauce. Nyoman’s corn fritters are a clear favourite, or ask her to prepare bebek tutu, the traditional smoked duck.
