Features
The main house comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 large living areas and modern kitchen. All bedrooms are en-suite and have extra beds for families and larger groups. Bathrooms are partially open air in Balinese style.Outdoors there are an infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi, 4 loungers, BBQ area and dining table. Villa Pratinara comprises 3 double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. Bedrooms are large with balconies to enjoy the stunning views over Balinese volcanoes and coastlines, and are provided with Ac. All bathroom are partially open-air, and have beautiful fittings with a traditional touch. Hot water is provided by eco-friendly solar panels. Other room amenities include a secure safe and bathroom toiletries.

Location
From the balconies you can see over to wonderful Gunung Agung, and across to the whole Bukit region. Only 5 minutes away are amenities like the famous surfing beaches of Dreamlands and Nyang-nyang, and the New Kuta golf course.

Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast,Transfer in-out,staff,staff,tax. We will request a surcharge for large groups and/or peak periods like Christmas/New Year. We may request a surcharge for large groups and/or peak periods like Christmas/New Year and stay 2 night (low season ) And 5 night (High/Peak Season)
All bookings will need to be paid up-front, by e-banking to our account in Singapore or Australia. We charge 50% as deposit and 50% 2 weeks before you arrive. We can accept dollars, euros, Singapore and Australian dollars.
Monthly and annual rates are available on request. Please enquire about special events like wedding packages. We know all of the villa owners in our complex so if you have a really large get-together we can normally accomodate this at our and our neighbours' villas.
