1. Rates Inclusion:
- One time return transfer in/out from Airport to villa. - welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival - private staffs maids and cook.

2. Seasonal:
Low Season: January 9 - June 30, September 16 - December 19 High Season: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15 Peak Season: August 1 -31, December 20 - January 8 (Xmas - New Year period)

3. Check in/out time
- Clients may check into a villa after 2pm. - The mandatory check-out time is 12am. - In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, may extend the check-out time until 3pm.
